A bright apartment, recently renovated, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is entirely floored with parquet and consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, where you will find all the necessary utensils for preparing your dishes. You will also have at your disposal a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. Moreover, from the living room, there is direct access to a first balcony overlooking the courtyard. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a room with a queen-size bed. Both rooms have direct access to the second balcony with an open view and a view of the Castelli Romani. The first room is equipped with a large 4-door wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, bidet, shower, and toilet.

The apartment is located a few steps from Trastevere and the Trastevere Railway Station, near the famous Sunday market of Porta Portese, a short distance from Ostiense, and from Viale Marconi and Via dei Colli Portuensi, where you can find many shops for shopping. Moreover, it is a 20-minute drive from Rome’s main airport, Fiumicino. In short, a strategic position to visit the city but choosing to stay in a quiet area away from the chaos. The neighborhood offers all the main services within walking distance (supermarket, pharmacy, night pharmacy, laundry, restaurants, bars, etc).
