Property information

In the heart of the village, apartment with an antique flavor but with all the modern amenities. All services (market, bus, ferry, beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, bus, taxi, banks, etc) within 100 meters real.

Neighbourhood information

Lerici is already in itself a pearl among the 5 lands and the Versilia.Consiglio first of all to take the ferry in front of the house and visit Porto Venere (and island Palmaria) and 5 Terre. Then a visit to Sarzana (bus or car), the old town with several good restaurants. A tour (only cars) on the nearby quarries of Carrara and the Apuan Alps or a little 'trekking in the Monte Marcello-Magra Park. Finally, for fans of the genre, the nearby Versilia (car) offers, as noted, local, shopping and VIP beaches.
