Quiet yet just steps from the city center. Customized offers available. A special offer at a bar 50 meters from the property. IMPORTANT TO KNOW We ask that you dispose of waste properly. Parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:30 AM, so we kindly ask you to keep the volume low out of respect for our neighbors and fellow residents. It is forbidden to enter any shared areas other than the entrance, which you use only to access our building. Remember to lock doors and windows when you leave for the safety of your neighbors and the building's residents. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation, as there may be a surcharge. We are not always present, so please contact us in advance for directions.We kindly ask you to be careful when entering, use the doormat before entering the shared walkway, and do not linger in the building's entrance hall.
