Composed of living room with dining table and double sofa bed; kitchenette with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, induction hob; one bedroom with double bed; one bedroom with 2 single beds. bathrooms: one or two bathrooms with shower (only one of the apartments has 2 bathrooms, check infos before the reservation)Floor heating, Shared ski storage with boot warmer. Outdoor private car parking spot. Free Wifi. There is a nightclub on site (open only from late December to mid-March), but the apartment is equipped with a soundproofing system and triple glazed windows. The exterior is monitored with private cameras. Semi-armored door. Shared ski storage, with boot warmer. Outdoor private car parking spot. Free Wifi. Pets are allowed (max 2) with extra charge (notify the owner with message). On request we can provide a cot and baby-chair (let us know as soon as possible). The apartment is modern and well equipped, with cooking facilities. it is absolutely forbidden to organize parties in our apartments. Apartment in a perfect position for skiing and hiking holidays, just 150 meters from the Col Rodella cable car; a few steps from the municipal playground, climbing structure; horse riding school; golf field and minigolf; basketball ground. Just 300m from the town center, coop, bars and tobacconists, pharmacy, ski schools. 100 meters from ski rental, gym and wellness center . On site there is a night club, open from the end of December to mid-March (10 pm-5am), not noisy (no loud music) and well supervised. Quiet and well served and linked area. Skibus stop at 20 meters.
