The village of La Villa, located at 1433 m above sea level, in the center of Alta Badia, is surrounded by the Puez-Odle and Fanes-Senes-Braies natural parks. The central core of the town is formed by the Ciastel Colz castle and the parish church, built in 1516 and dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta.
