Beautiful apartment of 109 square meters with 2 bedrooms, large living area with adjoining fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and laundry area. Wide and furnished terrace with lovely sea view and barbecue corner. Heating (pallet stove - Extra cost per bag on request) and air conditioning (including up to 10 KWh per day - over the normal threshold will be charged an extra per KWh) are provided. Baby cot available on request (extra cost). Free parking in the area in front of the building, reservation is not required, it's subject to availability. The apartment is on the first floor, no lift.
A supplement is required for non-refundable final cleaning.

Nebida is a former mining village in the municipality of Iglesias, in Sulcis-Iglesiente. It is about 16 km from Iglesias. The coast is characterized by the presence of pebble and sandy beaches.
