Completely independent apartment in a manor house on the hills of Fiesole, with a large garden. Equipped with all comforts, it has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area, bathroom with a chromatic shower. Mezzanine floor with 1 double bed and, in a separate room, 1 square and a half bed with 1 pull-out bed. At guest's disposal, washing machine. Animals are our friends! WE HAVE TWO DOGS. The train station is located in the small town of Compiobbi and is a 10 minutes walk from the apartment. However, we suggest coming by car (unless you are an excellent hiker!) because the road is quite steep from the village to our apartment.
My parents and I will be available for any request and advice. We live in the house next door. My dad is retired and my mom is a math and science teacher. I am a graduate student in foreign languages and international economic relations.
Not far from Compiobbi, you will have the opportunity to visit the pretty town of Fiesole and enjoy an aperitif at sunset. Florence is only 15 minutes by train and 10 minutes by car. In 1 hour by car you can reach Arezzo or by direct train from Compiobbi (about 1 hour and 20 minutes). The area of Compiobbi - Fiesole is also splendid for those who love walks in nature, among olive trees. The villa can be reached by car. The motorway exit - Firenze Sud entrance is only 7 minutes away. Nearby (10-15 minutes on foot) is the Compiobbi station from which you can reach the centre of Florence (15-20 minutes).
