The apartment is composed as follows: cozy kitchen equipped with kitchenette, relaxing and spacious double bedroom, large living room, second double bed, two very comfortable bath salts for the living room (linen included). Unlimited free Wi-Fi, air conditioning both in the living room and in the double bedroom. Check-in rules : - Arrival before 1 p.m. and from 10:30 a.m. to immediately drop off your luggage at the apartment, take the keys and return after cleaning (our apartments are generally ready and clean around 2 p.m., unless otherwise communicated to you ) and to immediately enjoy Venice: 15eu ( to be paid in cash on site, along with the tourist tax, on the day of departure ). - Night arrival ( after 7 p.m. at the apartment ): 15eu ( to be paid in cash on site, along with the tourist tax, on the day of departure )

The apartment is located directly on the ground floor (very comfortable). The size of the house will make you feel at ease, each room conveys tranquility and relaxation. It has been renovated and furnished in an artistic style, lively and very pleasant to stay in. The hand-painted curtains and tapestry, the most peaceful and artistic district of Venice, the proximity to the Peggy Guggenheim, the size of the house are the ingredients that make this little corner of relaxation perfect for your stay in Venice.
