Our 80 m² apartment with sea view terrace is located in the heart of Marina di Grosseto in a condominium building, just 50 metres from the beach. The apartment is composed of a living area with fireplace, double sofa bed and kitchenette equipped with all amenities. In the sleeping area, there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunk beds and a French window leading directly to the terrace. Finally, there are two bathrooms with windows and walk-in showers. The property has two terraces, one of which is 30 m² and equipped with tables and chairs for 8 people with awnings and a view of the sea at Marina di Grosseto. The “Beach View” is equipped with air conditioning, heating, LED TV, insulated windows, awnings, a fireplace, a desk, a wardrobe, a hairdryer, an iron and a washing machine. Maximum occupancy 8 people.
