I have been dealing with travel and holiday apartments for many years. As a travel lover, I have tried to transfer this experience into my home to make my guests' stay unique.

Property information

Apartment very close to San Marco, Hospital and Arsenale/Biennale. Good position for Visit all Venice. Air Condition in every room!!! Spacious living room with sofa bed and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large bathroom with very big shower, second bathroom with laundry room , washer and dryer. In the sleeping area, two double bedrooms, one queen size, one with 2 single bed. Apartment at 4th floor, no elevator.

Neighbourhood information

Quiet neighborhood, very quiet but close to the main attractions of Venice. In Castello sisterhood you will find many great restaurants and venues appreciated by the Venetians. Far from the ocean tourist crowds, it allows to really appreciate Venice. It is 12 minutes away from San Marco and 5-7 minutes from the Arsenale. Supermarket, restaurant and bar really close to apartment. Supermarket at 100 mt.
