Located a short distance from the center, you will be just minutes from all the main services. The 85 m2 apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one single), 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a complete summer kitchen, enjoys an enchanting panoramic view. The property has a large veranda suitable for an outdoor lunch or dinner and a second veranda dedicated to domestic services.
The property is set in a particularly quiet neighborhood, perfect for a serene and relaxing stay. The apartment is less than 500 meters from the center and about 1 and a half km from Simius beach.
