Located on the first floor of a charming building with 7 units, the apartment consists of an independent entrance with access from a private balcony, a bright living-dining room, a well-equipped small kitchen, a spacious master bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a French door leading to the terrace, a room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The long "L"-shaped terrace on the south and west sides allows you to admire the Tofane, Cinque Torri, and Croda da Lago with Becco di Mezzodì, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day of hiking. Access to the property is via a private road shielded from traffic noise. The covered parking space is private and located in the underground garage; in front of the parking space, there is also an exclusive ski storage cabinet. Additionally, there is the possibility to park another car along the private road, depending on available space. Children can have fun in the communal garden, a safe space ideal for outdoor play. From the garden, you can admire all the main mountains of Cortina d’Ampezzo: not only those already mentioned but also the Pomagagnon and Cristallo massifs, as well as Faloria and Sorapiss.
