Hi, I am Ken, I am originally from England but I fell in love with Nocera Umbra on first sight. I renovated and now manage my holiday home, which we call Il Racconto (The Story) with the help of my partner Silvia. We’d like you to come and share the pleasure of being part of a small welcoming and generous community. Nocera is a place of true authentic Italy, surrounded by greenery, rich history, culture, tradition and creativity.

The town is a small authentic Italian borgo, steeped in history and tradition. The property is situated in the heart of the medieval centre which in turn is nestled within beautiful Umbrian countryside. There is also a public outdoor swimming pool 5 minutes walk from the accommodation and Nocera is 20 minutes drive from Assisi, 2hours train ride from Rome and 2.5 hours from Florence.
