Located in the residential area of Marina di Campo, with an independent entrance, the completely renovated apartment consists of a large living area with open kitchenette, hallway, double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle, twin bedroom (joinable beds) with dedicated bathroom with exclusive access, shower cubicle, sink and toilet (without bidet). The property includes a large fully fenced garden with a pergola equipped for outdoor dining. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and decoder for free-to-air channels, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, outdoor shower, barbecue and parking space. Pets allowed on request with supplement. Possibility to rent sheets and towels with supplement upon reservation.

This apartment is ideally located in the residential area of ​​Marina di Campo, just steps from the pine forest and the beach. The sea is just 80 meters away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The wide, sandy beach is partly public and partly equipped with beach clubs.
