70 sqm apartment. located in lido di venezia on the fourth and last floor with a large terrace of 30 sq m. Wonderful view of the Venice lagoon and the sea which is only 150 meters away. Easily accessible from Lido center (S.M.E. terminal) on foot in 20 minutes or by bus in 5 minutes.
Excellent location from which you can easily reach the center of Venice and all the major islands of the lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello).
IMPORTANTE: Tassa di soggiorno da pagare in contanti al check in: adulti 4 euro a notte a persona, bambini (10-16 anni non compiuti) 2 euro a notte a persona per un massimo di 5 pernottamenti consecutivi.
