My name is Cenzo Langiu, I was born in Sardinia and I live part of the year in the wonderful Porto Ottiolu, I manage also the agency FANTASTIC SARDINIA. Comfortable and bright 2 bedrooms apartments on the ground floor, a stone's throw from the Rovinj seafront, well connected to the main tourist attractions and the beaches of Fertilia. The kitchenette is complete with accessories, dishes and appliances: gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, oven and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a single bed with a second pull-out bed in the living area. The apartments are for non-smokers only and are equipped with television, private parking, courtesy line, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and air conditioning. The houses remain completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work, whether you are passing through to visit the city.
