( cin code IT010025C2IFX53YF5 - citra code 010025-LT-0144) All renovated apartment located in the residential district of Marassi, just 3 km far from the center of Genoa, close to the Genova Est motorway exit, a few steps from the Luigi Ferraris football stadium, ideal departing location for visiting the city of Genoa, the eastern Ligurian Coast (Nervi, Camogli, Portofino, 5 Terre, etc ...) and the western Ligurian Coast (Pegli, Arenzano, Varazze, Sanremo, etc ...). The 70 sqm apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, a quadruple room with 4 single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen. Free WIFI, small and large appliances (washing machine, gas cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine , microwave oven, hairdryer, etc ...). The apartment is on the fourth floor, inside a palace without lift. It's very sunny and with an open view. Upon arrival to the apartment, according to Italian law, identity cards will be required (1 for each Guest) whose data will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters.
Check-in is managed via the VIKEY app, available for free on the Apple Store for iOS devices and on Google Play for Android devices. VIKEY is an innovative technology that gives guests the chance to prepay the city tax, accept the rental contract and make an advanced online self check-in, so that to be able to enter the apartment in full autonomy using their smartphone by an 'open door' code, without having to collect the keys, and thus avoiding unpleasant waits. According to the legal requirements of the Italian law on public safety, upon arrival or during the stay, the identity documents of each Guest will be verified on site, in person, and their personal details will be mandatorily communicated to the Police Headquarters of Genoa.
Marassi residential district: in the square under the house, there is a supermarket open everyday until midnight, hairdresser, pharmacy, gastronomy, bakery, pizzeria take-away, covered market of fruit and vegetables, shopping center. Easy parking (free) in the adjacent Toti Road, Parenzo Square, De Stefanis Avenue, Mandoli Road, Genova Est parking. You can easily reach the city center through the AMT buses in a few minutes.
