PARKINGS: Apartment in ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) being in the historical center, free parking 700 or 900 meters away on foot, covered paid parking 350 or 800 meters away, where upon arrival I will do you the pleasure, if you like, of coming to pick you up with my car to make everything more comfortable and quick. Motorcycles can access and look for parking in the ZTL. If you travel by bicycle you can leave it at the entrance of the building Accommodation on the first floor without a lift in a historic building from the 1600s, 2 flights of stairs. Linen included. Equipped kitchen including all basic necessities. Detergents for cleaning the kitchen and home, neutral detergents for personal hygiene. WIFI Fiber.
WINTER SEASONS: The heating temperature will be a fixed 20°C (68°F) that cannot be changed in compliance with energy saving. On request, maximum temperature setting at 21°C (69,8°F) with a supplement. SUMMER SEASONS: The apartment is sensitive to external temperature, it does not have air conditioning and from the end of June to the beginning of September the internal temperature can reach up to 28°C (82,4°F) depending on the external temperature of the moment. In the other months the maximum internal temperature is around 25°c (77°F). To keep the internal temperature as cool as possible, it is recommended to keep the windows closed during the heat of the day, and to open the opposite windows in the evening from around 8/9pm onwards when the external temperature is lower than the internal temperature, so as to let in fresh air that comes from the mountain next to the city, which allows you to sleep comfortably and forces you to close them or cover yourself at a certain time according to your habits and sensitivities. For each room there are fans and liquid Raid that if always kept on do not let mosquitoes in.
