In the house there is a Self Check-in service, so the arrival can be managed in total autonomy, the unlock code as well as all the useful information will be communicated in advance. You can contact us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Starting from July 2023, the municipality of Gavi has instituted a tourist tax for guests of the city's facilities: 1 euro per night per person aged 10 and over, to be paid in cash at the facility. 2) Small and medium-sized pets are welcome with an extra cost of 5 euros per night (variable amount in case of medium/long-term bookings) 3) Extra guests: it is possible to add extra guests not indicated in the booking within the limits of the space available in the apartment, by paying an extra cost of 10 euros per guest per night. Guests will have access to all spaces of the apartment without any area shared with others. ATTENTION: from the entrance to get to the floor of the apartment there is a flight of stairs going down. The property is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

Spacious and welcoming apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Gavi overlooking the Lemme river, just 10 minutes from the Serravalle Scrivia tollbooth and the Outlet shopping center, for a relaxing stay between shopping, restaurants and the hills of this last corner of Piedmont before the border with Liguria. Located in a recently renovated building, the apartment opens onto a staircase that leads down to the rooms: as the first room you will find a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances, crockery, pots, pans, plates, cups and glasses. You will also find a teapot, a coffee maker and its capsules and a toaster. Next to the kitchen is the first bedroom, with a French bed, wardrobe, drawers and private bathroom with shower. Continuing along the corridor you will find the other two double bedrooms equipped with TV, wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables for your personal belongings. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower, for a total of six beds and three full bathrooms available. All the rooms have access onto a long balcony, with a view of the Lemme river, which runs along the whole apartment, making the rooms fresh and bright. The heating is autonomous and manageable through thermostats present in all the rooms which allow you to raise or lower the temperature and turn the radiators on and off. There is a laundry room on the lower floor where you will find a washing machine and dryer available for use during your stay, Bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price for the number of people indicated in the booking. The apartment does not have a private parking but there is the possibility to park for free in the surrounding area, There is free Wi-Fi connection. The municipality of Gavi carries out door-to-door separate waste collection.

The characteristic village of Gavi, which has always been a destination for tourists from all over the world, offers everything you may need on your holidays: in fact, in the village there are shops, bars, various restaurants where you can taste the excellent border cuisine of the regions Piedmont and Liguria tasting the famous wines produced in the area, tobacconists, bakeries and supermarkets. Everything is within walking distance, as well as the town's municipal swimming pool which is 200 meters from the apartment for your summer holidays. The fort of Gavi, a castle of enormous historical and cultural interest, watches over the city from above and can be visited by booking. The surroundings of the town offer activities for all tastes: for shopping and fashion lovers the obligatory stop will be at the Serravalle Designer Outlet, the largest outlet in Europe with its 250 shops of all the most famous brands in the world, bars and restaurants which is only ten minutes by car from Gavi. The territory of gavi extends into the surrounding hills which host small characteristic villages such as San Cristoforo, Tassarolo with its internationally renowned golf courses, Monterotondo with its vineyards and cellars where you can book a wine tasting among the rows. Great naturalistic interest for the sites of the Lavagnina Lakes and the Capanne Di Marcarolo Park with the waters of the splendid Rio Gorzente about 30 minutes away. The area is also very popular with trekking enthusiasts with paths and trails that wind throughout the area. Also nearby is Val Borbera with its woods and the BolleBlu Water Park at Borghetto Borbera.
