Welcome to our cozy apartment in Scarlino, located in an exclusive residence just 4.5 km from the sea. The 30 sqm apartment features a spacious 20 sqm terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and induction cooktops, a modern bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and an LCD TV. The residence also offers private parking and video surveillance for your security. Bed linen is not provided but can be booked in advance.
