In una bellissima palazzina con legno a vista, appartamento centrale a 200 mt dalla zona pedonale che si affaccia sulla passeggiata del fiume Frodolfo. Uno spazio ben curato, posto al piano terra, con 4 posti letto singoli e un divano letto. È presente una cucina con a disposizione un frigorifero, un forno a microonde, moka per il caffè. Sono presenti caffè macinato e bustine di tè per ogni gusto. Biancheria e asciugamani presenti in loco. Il bagno offre una cabina doccia, sanitari completi e welcome kit con shampoo e balsamo. È disponibile inoltre un asciugacapelli professionale. Bellissimo giardino arredato con vista Cima Piazzi e box per bici, motociclette e skiroom.
Nella stagione invernale, gli impianti di risalita di Bormio si trovano a circa 400mt. Il comune di Bormio metta a disposizione un servizio di navetta gratuito e la fermata è a 50mt.
