Property information

Bright and spacious two-room apartment, spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor living room with kitchenette equipped with the main utensils and appliances, including a dishwasher. A bathroom with shower and washing machine. The large window gives access to the balcony equipped with a manual awning and furnished with a wooden table and chairs and a pair of armchairs. On the first floor, accessible only via a wooden staircase, you will find the double bedroom and another service bathroom. The apartment has a private garage, wi-fi and access to the shared swimming pool. 2 extra single beds available. (ATTENTION! the swimming pool regulations require the use of a swimming cap and a rinse before entering the water). At check-in you will be required to pay the heating supplement 10 EUR per night. BABY CHAIR 30 Eur Per stay (upon request).
