We mainly deal with sales and rentals of tourist properties in the province of Sondrio without neglecting residential solutions, new and used, construction sites, renovations and much more. Since 2019 we have also been a corner for short rentals in Italy and therefore offer the possibility of staying in our facilities even for short periods. Our range of action ranges from the lower Valtellina (Morbegno, Val Gerola, Costiera dei Cech), to the center of the valley, including all the towns and valleys encountered (including Valmalenco) and reaching the areas surrounding Tirano. We are associated with FIAIP (Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents) therefore constantly updated in order to be able to provide extensive assistance and professionalism to our customers. The apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building in a residential area; it is close to supermarkets, bars, newstand, a playground and just a few minutes away from the city center that can be easily reached on foot, but also from the train station. The apartment is composed of: a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, dishware, etc.); a living room with TV, double sofa bed with balcony; a bedroom with bunk beds, a double bedroom with large wardrobe, TV, desk and second balcony; a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free Wifi and air conditioners in the living area and bedrooms. Free parking lots in close proximity of the building. From the balconies of the apartment it is possible to enjoy a wide panoramic view of the Orobic and Rhaetian peaks up to the Adamello, and the nearby vineyards surrounding the city. We will do our best to give you useful suggestions to get to know our territory, so that you too can love it as we do. Tourist tax to be paid on site. Check-in after hours to be agreed.
