Convista Lerici presents Apartment La Bouganville. Between colourful arches of purple flowers and a view of the Golfo dei Poeti, we find this bright flat suitable for six people. Despite its central location in the residential area of Lerici, the house is located off the busy main streets of the village, guaranteeing peace and quiet for its guests. During your stay, you will enjoy the garden in front of the flat and the spacious terrace with sea view. Upon entering the house you will immediately find a small hallway. The first door on the right leads to the kitchen equipped with every convenience including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and various cooking appliances. In the adjoining room there is a spacious living room with, two large French windows overlooking the terrace, a smart TV, comfortable armchairs, two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, and a reading corner with a well-stocked bookcase. The sleeping area consists of, double bedroom with wardrobe and large window overlooking the garden and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, TV and wardrobe.The French window gives direct access to the terrace. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The furnishing of the flat is very nice, colourful and aimed at the recovery and revaluation of antique furniture. You can use the private car park which is a few flights of stairs from the flat. Flat la Bouganville is recommended for groups of friends, as well as for a family holiday.

Appartamento la Bouganville is located in a residential area of Lerici, just a few minutes' walk from the centre. This area is considered extremely quiet and safe, without giving up the comforts of the centre, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The centre of Lerici has two pharmacies several restaurants and bars two supermarkets and several small shops, not to mention the proximity to the sea and beaches. Lerici offers a maritime connection to the Cinque Terre, Portovenereand the island of Palmaria. Right from the street of your flat, the first leg of a footpath line begins, connecting Lerici with the Serra, Tellaro and various beaches and cliffs to be discovered. From Lerici to La Spezia and Sarzana, there are several connecting buses. We advise you to check the timetables for evening and night runs. For the area of Lerici and its surroundings, free shuttles will be available approximately every 30 min.
