The apartment is located in Lavinio mare (Anzio) , in a strategic location only 300 meters from the sea within walking distance and close to all services. The villa apartment has been recently renovated and consists of: - Living room with Smart TV (Netflix and Amazon prime included), sofa and table with 6 chairs; - Kitchen complete with: dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, vacuum cleaner. So as to provide a well-equipped functional environment; - Hallway with storage room; - Master bedroom with private bathroom, walk-in closet and Smart TV; - Triple room consisting of: double bed, a single bed and Smart TV; - Large bathroom with shower; - Livable terrace with electric awning and table with 6 armchairs. The apartment is complete with high-speed internet, a perimeter burglar alarm system and cameras.
