Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Beautiful apartment in the small village of Riva Trigoso, a charming hamlet of Sestri Levante five minutes by car from the center of the Ligurian town, for a stay dedicated to relaxation and pleasant moments just a few minutes walk from the sea. Located on the first floor of a building with a lift, thanks to the recent restyling, it has a welcoming and fresh atmosphere. In the living area you will find on one side a double sofa bed, smart TV with the possibility of accessing On Demand services if you have a subscription and a dining table. The other part of the room is occupied by a large and well-stocked kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare and consume your meals. In fact, in addition to pots, pans and dishes, there is a fridge and freezer, hob, electric oven and microwave oven. Proceeding towards the corridor you will find the bathroom, with sanitary ware and a comfortable shower. There is also a washing machine that can be used for laundry during the stay. The apartment has 6 beds in total: there is a double bedroom with a second TV and a wardrobe to store your personal effects and a second bedroom with two single beds equipped with a second wardrobe. Both bedrooms, as well as the kitchen, are very bright thanks to French windows in all three rooms that open onto small loggia balconies. The bed and bathroom linen is provided by us for the number of people in the reservation, and is included in the price. The house has a free WIFI service. The accommodation does not have a private parking, so you will need to use the public parking nearby. Pets are accepted with a supplement. For waste there are private bins under the house that can be used with a card that will be given to you at check in.

The Riva Trigoso district is part of the city of Sestri Levante and is about two kilometers from the center of this. The excellent location of the accommodation allows you to have everything you need just a few meters from you: in addition to the free equipped beaches or the bathing establishments and the pleasant walk along the seafront, you will find bars, excellent bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets, tobacconists, pharmacies and shops for all your needs. The train station is about a kilometer away, so the apartment is easily accessible even by those traveling by public transport. In the immediate vicinity of the house there are parking lots that depending on the time of year can be free or paid. About five minutes walk away there is the large free parking lot of the bowling alley where it is easy to find a free space for your car.
