All air-conditioned, the apartment includes a balcony with a table for breakfast. On the ground floor, there's a garden, gazebo, and barbecue. Parking is available for one private, unattended parking space. A washing machine is available free of charge upon request. The apartment is located in a quiet area on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase. Private, unattended parking for one car is available.
