Simple apartment located on the ground floor of a building directly on the seafront of Marina di Cecina. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 adults + 2 children. It has a simple but functional kitchen. The structure looks like a simple house but with an enviable position, 30 meters from the sea of Marina di Cecina. ---------- BATHROOM/BED LINEN: The property does NOT have bathroom and bed linen (possibility of RENTAL upon confirmation of booking with an extra cost of 15 euros per person, booking at least 3 days in advance) ---------- LOCATION: the structure being directly on the seafront is located in the Limited Traffic Zone so it is not possible to arrive in front of the apartment by car. You must park your car 50 meters from the property. As for parking, it is obviously not available but there is the possibility of paid parking 50 meters from the structure (for a fee about 25 euros per week in high season, from May to September, while it is free in the rest of the year ). Or free parking 1 km from the property.
