Siete all’interno di un complesso Hi-tech progettato dal famoso architetto Inglese Roger. Tutti gli appartamenti sono in classe A ed hanno un altissimo coefficiente di risparmio energetico. Il riscaldamento, l’acqua calda e anche l’aria condizionata sono centralizzati. L’appartamento è direttamente sulla fermata Tram “Resistenza” che vi permettete di raggiungere il centro di Firenze in circa 20 minuti, aereporto in 40 minuti e la fermata bus di Villacostanza in 5 minuti.
L’appartamento è adiacente alla zona pedonale del centro di Scandicci. Tutti i servizi sono disponibili nella zona e raggiungibili a piedi come: Banca, Posta, Supermercato, Lavanderia, Bar, Pasticceria, Gelato e qualsiasi tipo di negozio. La zona è tranquilla e l’appartamento molto ben insonorizzato.
