The apartment is furnished in an Alpine style, both modern and functional. All the furniture, the kitchen, the bedroom and its double memory foam mattress have just been purchased. In the living room, the sofa bed is comfortable like a normal bed, being equipped with a real latex mattress and suitable for two adults (open dimensions: 140x190 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a modern 4-burner induction hob, allowing for quick cooking even in the case of numerous guests and thus avoiding, if desired, catering. Likewise, pots, utensils and dishes are all strictly new. The price includes the supply of sheets, pillowcases and a set of towels per guest.
Always passionate about everything concerning mountains and particulary Alto Adige, I am always available for any information not only about the apartment and the city of Merano, but also about activities that can be practiced in the surroundings, such as hiking, mountaineering, cycling or just walking.
Directly on the Bolzano-Val Venosta cycle path and on the famous Lungopassirio promenade, 15 minutes walk from the town center, the public spa and the railway station, the Panoramic apartment Lungopassirio has the advantage of being both near the heart of Merano and surrounded by greenery, in a quiet setting and away from busy roads. Opposite is the Zuegg public park, which, in addition to providing a view of a verdant forest, gives the opportunity to enjoy children's games and a volleyball court. A 5-minute walk away is the "Lido" water park, with slides and pools, appreciated on summer as an alternative to the spa. The proximity to the cycle path allows you to travel by bicycle, running or simply walking in any direction, towards the town center or outside, without interact with urban roads.
