It is a 75 square meter apartment, on the third floor of a modern building (1960), consisting of a living room, a double bedroom with a terrace, a second double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. The apartment is very bright, being the tallest buildindg of the area, with wonderful views of gardensand of the Art school of Venice, up to the Giudecca island. The apartment has underfloor heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, four burners, an oven, a sink, a dishwasher and a washing machine, as well as a set of pots, pans, dishes, glasses and everything you need for cooking and eating. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There is also a flat-screen TV and WIFI connection. The restoration was completed at the end of July 2018. The materials are modern with 22 cm wood plank flooring and mosaic bathroom wall tiles.
I am 46 years old architect specialized in restorating old buildings. I live in Venice just near this apartment. I speak English and French and I always keep up-to-date on exhibitions and cultural initiatives in Venice, to better advise my guests.
The area is very important from a cultural point of view. The Dorsoduro Museum Mile has just been inaugurated, with the Gallerie dell'Accademia, Palazzo Cini, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Punta della Dogana to mark a path that enchants.
