The flat is located in the historic centre of Grosseto, just a 2-minute walk from Grosseto Cathedral and all the city's main attractions. The Grosseto Design Apartment of 50 m2 is composed of: large living area with double sofa bed, TV area, dining area with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, complete private bathroom with walk-in shower without window and laundry area. Our accommodation is equipped with: wifi, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, wardrobe, chest of drawers, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, mosquito net, blackout curtains, private lift with direct entrance into the flat and laminate flooring.
The recently renovated ‘Grosseto Design Apartment’ is located in the historic centre of Grosseto, just a 2-minute walk from the Duomo and its main square. Very close you can reach all the local attractions of the city such as restaurants, bars, clothes shops and much more. At the foot of the building you can find a bar where you can have breakfast or lunch or simply enjoy an aperitif.
