Entire apartment equipped with all comforts, consisting of kitchen, living room with sofa armchairs and TV, a bathroom and two bedrooms. All rooms have a window. In the living room there is a balcony. It is located on the 1st floor without a lift. You will find sheets, towels, welcome kit with soap shampoo and shower gel, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning accessories. Super-equipped kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, freezer. New furniture. Renovated in 2024, 2024 fixtures equipped with mosquito nets. Armored door. Free parking around the house and free private in a fenced area.
