La casa è ideale per chi vuole soggiornare vicino al mare ed in totale indipendenza dall'auto. Le spiagge sono molto vicine, il centro cittadino ancora più vicino. La casa fa parte della Crotone storica, quindi caratterizzata da molte viuzze bellissime e suggestive. Il porto Nuovo è praticamente a 50 metri di distanza, percorrendo Viale Regina Margherita per 5 minuti si arriva direttamente sul lungomare dove inizia la vita notturna, i lidi balneari e tanti servizi. Vicinissimo.alla struttura si trova un Bike rent, noleggio bici che vi permetterà di girare Crotone a bordo di una bici. L'appartamento è abbastanza tranquillo, sia d'estate che d'inverno, anche se vicinissimo ai locali notturni, le finestre moderne fanno in modo da isolarvi dai rumori, è ubicato al 3ºpiano di un palazzo storico (senza ascensore) , molto aereggiato. L'appartamento è completamente climatizzato. Il climatizzatore si trova nell'ingresso ed è unico per tutto l'appartamento. Le televisioni permettono lo streaming di tutti i servizi di oggi da Netflix ad Amazon. Un perfetto appartamento dove rilassarsi in autonomia. Perfetto pe 2 persone, 2 persone con 2 figli o 3 adulti.
Siamo orgogliosi di vivere in una delle città principali dell'antica Magna Grecia, e come tali crediamo profondamente nell'accoglienza della nostra città. Cerchiamo di darvi il massimo del servizio, e cerchiamo sempre di migliorare. Siamo ragazzi giovani pieni d'interessi e passioni, e cercheremo di rendervi il soggiorno il migliore possibile
Il Duomo cittadino e a 150metri, percorrendo la viuzza ci sono dei bellissimi locali, aperti fino a tarda ora che rendono l'ambiente del centro storico bellissimo ed accogliente, aperti dall'autunno fino alla primavera inoltrata. Il porto Nuovo è praticamente a 100 metri di distanza, e si trova dall'altra parte del marciapiede. Il mercato di Crotone si trova vicino il Duomo a 50mt per l'esattezza, nel centro esatto della città. Ottime Pasticcerie, Bar, ristoranti sono tutti nel raggio di 1km
