There's a wellness spa, a small fitness center, a swimming pool and a playground. Beautiful sea views. Just 13 km above Final Ligure and its beaches, shuttle buses take you there in summer (mid-June to mid-September). Apartment comprising : Ground floor: kitchen-living area with gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, 2-seater sofa bed, TV, bedroom with 1 double bed and bathroom with shower. Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, an extra pull-out bed and a 2nd bathroom with shower. Further information RESERVATION: in summer, only from Saturday to Saturday. SWIMMING POOL: open from mid-June to mid-September (summer period). WELLNESS: The wellness center is available free of charge. You must be at least 14 years old. Not open every day and only at certain times. Outside the summer period, it is open only at weekends. WIFI: Free wifi is available during the summer months by the swimming pool. In the apartment, there is also a wifi but not very powerful. ! IMPORTANT CLEANING: final cleaning is compulsory and will be carried out by a local company at a cost of 80 euros to be paid IN ADDITION, directly on site in cash and euros to the concierge.
