The property is an apartment located in a picturesque Italian neighboorhood at the edge of the council of Arco. It has a kitchenette equipped with all you need to prepare quick meals and breakfasts (stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and so on). The breakfast is NOT served but you’ll find at your disposal coffee, tea, fruits, cookies, marmelade and butter. There are two main rooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and another single bed. It is possible to join the single beds to make two double rooms. Overall, we can host up to 5 people. There's a bathroom equipped with both a shower a bidet. You won't share the house with anyone else's apart from the ones of your own group. There's a lovely and spacious balcony at the entrance, where you can enjoy a beer at sundown or drink your morning coffee with a view on the mountains of Garda Trentino. CIPAT: IT022006C1WGHAR7WE

The neighborhood is a quiet and rather ancient part of the council of Arco. It is a typical Italian neighborhood, most of the inhabitants of this area have been owning their houses for many generations. The traffic is very limited because many people commute to Arco by bike.
