New penthouse equipped with all comforts: KITCHEN (equipped with every appliance) STAY: -air conditioning -double sofa bed -TV DOUBLE ROOM: -TV -cot BATH: -large shower TERRACE: -relaxation air in a quiet and peaceful environment -table with chairs for lunches -washing machine -splendid view of the Roman castles. Located 700m from metro C and bus stops (the center can be reached in 30 minutes), 20 minutes from the Roman castles, adjacent to the sports center with swimming pools. The apartment is large and bright. You have access to the large terrace from several windows, equipped at the entrance with a coat rack and luggage storage room. Extremely well-kept kitchen with coffee machine (with pods), microwave, oven and dishwasher. All rooms are equipped with TV. Possibility of adding a camping bed for children. Air conditioning. Washing machine. Equipped terrace for moments of relaxation, breakfast or lunch outside. Quiet but well connected to the center. Parking space. Only 15 minutes from the Castelli Romani and the archaeological area of ​​Gabi. Not suitable for disabled people.
