AVD La Nuova casa di Nonna is our new Guest House in the heart of Udine, a cozy and comfortable place. In the Evergreen bedroom, you will find a queen-size French bed, and a single-size sofa bed (upon request). In addition, we have provided a small library for enthusiasts to discover a bit more about our city. In the Blue Ocean bedroom, you will find a double bed and a fabulous, vintage, wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to be tested by a great Chef!! Bathroom with double shower box. TV and underfloor heating are installed in the accommodation! Come to visit us! SUMMER SEASON We are pleased to announce that the inner courtyard with a gazebo offers a pleasant private garden for our guests to use. BALCONY Guests can use the chairs and table outside. RULES Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside No parties allowed No entry of unauthorized persons will be allowed Pets are not allowed (Only upon request, special exception)
