Every morning, my mother Emelita lovingly prepares a homemade breakfast that is fresh, healthy, and sustainable—a delightful alternative to the typical buffet breakfast. There is immediate access to footpaths through the woods which lead to neighbouring villages and the sea. There are 3 indipendents bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. The living and dining area affords splendid views of the sea and surrounding woodland. The Villa is within easy reach by car, bus, train or boat to Lerici, San Terenzo, Tellaro, Portovenere, La Spezia, Le Cinque Terre, Lunigiana, Garfagnana and Versilia.
