Our building is brand new, with a newly refurbished ground floor apartment with private bathrooms, modern furnishing and a cosy entrance.With personal touches such as a lovely poster picturing the marvelous Langhe hills, gives a taste of the wonderful surroundings you can discover whilst visiting our charming region.We have a breakfast room offering homemade cakes, a variety of biscuits and fresh fruits. We are also happy to meet your specific requests whenever possible. Enjoy breakfast in the privacy of your own room. Using a tray that I've personally hand embroidered, you can take breakfast to your own private space. For your enjoyment , guests can also make use of our big courtyard, fully furnished with tables and chairs which can be accessed directly from your room. Each room is fitted with a thermostat that will allow you to adjust the room temperature to your liking, heating it up during winter or cooling it down with air conditioning in summer. Each bathroom includes a set of drawers containing a hairdryer, hand soap dispenser and disposable cups.

My husband and I personally manage our B&B. We're delighted to run this project because we love our town, one of the many wonders of Italy. For some time now we have wanted to start a B&B in order to welcome the many tourists to our region. We are an outgoing couple and are very enthusiastic about meeting new people. It would be our pleasure to share with you advice on the local region, the best places to eat, where to enjoy a wonderful sunset or how to visit one of the many superb wineries of the region.

We are located 1.5 kilometres from Piazza Garibaldi. The Old Town is only a short 15 minutes walk away. Alternatively you can leave your car in our on-site car park and ride the bus into town from Monday to Saturday. The bus stop is just a few steps from our courtyard and we will be happy to give you detailed information about the timetable.
