Property information

Ancient building dating back to the end of the 19th century in lava stone, originally an oven dating back to when the island was a place of confinement. The building was abandoned for decades and the subject of complex redevelopment and renovation to obtain the small apartments that now make up the structure. The acquisition of the land inside and the subsequent work of arranging steps with lawn areas and the planting of local essences made it possible to give some apartments an exclusive outdoor space and common outdoor areas for relaxation, soalrium and barbecue. The entrance to the structure is one of the last stretches made by hand by the confined ..... there is also an old dough mixer on display ...

The property is located in the village 50 meters from the square where there is the departure of the buses that make the circumnavigation of the island, there are restaurants, supermarkets, bars, bakery, the information center of the marine reserve
