The appartment is located in a strategic area of the city. In fact, it allows you to reach the historical centre in a few minutes on foot and at the same time it allows you to get out of the city quickly and easily to go and explore the surroundings of Matera. Given the size of the appartment, it is ideal both for couples and for families or groups of friends, being able to count on three comfortable rooms and, if needed, also being able to use the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Particularly bright and quiet, it enjoys a private parking space within the condominium spaces that are accessible thanks to an automatic gate, in short, no stress to look for a parking space.
