Company information

We fell in love with the Ligurian coast the first time we visited and Portovenere is just a jewel. We find it much more livable than the Cinque Terre towns. We are based in Florence but have a local hospitality manager to help out if needed but you can always reach us directly.

Welcome to CaseMaggi! Wake up to a magnificent sunrise! Our Beach House Terrace apartment has been remodeled in a beach house style. It is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with large open space kitchen/dining/living area, laundry room with washer and dryer, and large terrace with sea view. The terrace has a full size dining table and an outdoor shower for those hot summer beach days. It is walking distance to beaches, port, restaurants. The area is a diver and hiker paradise! Neighbourhood information

Portovenere, like the Cinque Terre, is a cliff side small town and parking, especially in high season, is very difficult. It is recommended to come by train to La Spezia and take a taxi to Portovenere. If you must come by car, better to drop the luggage at the apartment and then go look for parking.
