BeBrettino Atipic is an old rural house with olive grove and little forest entirely reserved for a single family, a single group of friends or, perhaps, even families who come together and adapt and equip themselves as they see fit, if needed, with additional tents and/or motorhomes.
It’s a “QUIET INTO THE WILD”: only the ESSENTIAL surrounded by nature where you can enjoy your holiday with a mindset based on relationships, proactive wild activities and love for nature, in an hidden place where no one will disturb your peace. I suggest freeing yourself from the many anxieties and small phobias of today.
With six years of conservative work, we tried to renovate the area without destroying the origins of the place. The purpose was to give a second life to a beautiful place that was the core of many good memories, adding to it only necessary comforts and equipment but maintaining its “wild essence”, including scents, small fears, peculiarities, and attentions.
BeBrettino Atipic is for people willing to adapt and to enjoy the nature challenges: trekkers, hikers, lovers of contact with nature, campers. People and especially children who are used to playing and having fun in a thousand ways outdoors. Children and adults able to play safely even in wild environments thanks to their skills and to a spirit of adaptation.
Because living and playing outdoors, in slightly extreme natural environments, increases everyone's physical and mental well-being.
BeBrettino Atipic has NOTHING to do with the usual hotels or B&Bs equipped with every kind of comfort: swimming pool, wellness centers, gym and so on.
In any case, cooking or sleeping outdoors, playing at night in the woods or other slightly "wild" activities which present risks, are permitted only if in the presence of the owner, agreeing on his availability.
As a general rule, PESTICIDES or INSECTICIDES are not permitted, especially if they are extensive/invasive.
Knowing how to adapt to small "rural" unexpected events is part of "the Wild" game and fun.
BeBrettino Atipic is quite isolated (200m from the nearest inhabited house and 500m from Fenile village), with a wonderful and relaxing view of the internal hills of Marche region and, in the background, the mountains Petrano, Catria, Nerone... In the evening, they are painted with infinite colours.
It is near to:
• beach (3 km);
• Cultural centers and cities: Urbino (the painter Raphael’s hometown and Renaissance cultural centre), Pesaro (the musician Rossini’s hometown), Gradara (with its medieval castle), Montefeltro, San Leo, San Marino, Pennabilli etc.;
• Fenile, a small village (500 m) with supermarket, pizzeria, pharmacy, parish church, etc.;
• Fano, city, 4 km (road or cycle path). Every year, during mid July, its Roman origins come out in an historical revocation called “Fano dei Cesari”;
• Pesaro, city, 10 km (road, cycle path or shaded paths not suitable for vehicles). Every year, during the month of August, the city hosts the “Rossini Opera Festival” (ROF), with its multiple concerts around the cultural spots. In 2024, Pesaro has been nominated the Italian Capital of Culture!
