Property information

The property is located in Adria 10 minutes from the centre, in a quiet area with a large garden. The parking is reserved and there is a garage for storing bikes and valuable equipment. We offer our guests bikes to reach the center easily. The structure has just been renovated, an old country house from the 1700s, refurbished with all the comforts. Four rooms with shared kitchen and private bathrooms. Very large outdoor garden, available for camping or for sunbathing or for dining with our barbeque. to frame a wonderful inground swimming pool to organize outdoor parties or dinners. The SPA area has a sauna with a glass window to admire the countryside and the stars, then a heated Finnish tub to enjoy an excellent prosecco during a whirlpool. The rooms are on the ground floor and on the first floor there is no lift, with TV. The services are reserved for the rooms on the first floor while for the two on the ground floor there is a shared bathroom, excellent for a family. The country air and the area is fantastic slows down time and gives you the sun and prepare a dinner with our barbeque. It is located in the Po delta (UNESCO), near the Adria racetrack and Venice In the center. The parking is private and guarded. free WIFI Available tea and coffee with croissants available
