We are a small family business (property management in the name and on behalf of the owner) in the central-western part of the island of Sardinia: a beautiful and unspoilt coast, rich in culture and traditions, where to find peace, relax and enjoy authentic experiences through a selection of holiday homes a few steps from the sea.

Property information

Bellavista is a semi-detached house situated in Funtana Meiga, perched on a hill only 300 metres away from the sea. It offers a spacious patio and a terrace with a stunning sea view - hence the name which means 'beautiful view'. It has three bedrooms: one double bedroom, one single bedroom and one bedroom with one double and one single bed. There is also WI-FI, a large living room with TV, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher and coffee machine included), one bathroom, a garden connected to the double bedrooms, washing machine, air conditioning and mosquito nets. It also includes outdoor dining/seating areas. Coming by car or renting a car is highly recommended to reach this property and to get around. There is one private parking (internal, not covered) and free street parking is available near the property. If you need a taxi, we can book this for you, from/to the airport and also during your stay. Our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check in earlier, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Late check-ins, from 21:00 to 24:00, are possible prior approval, but may be subject to an extra charge.

Neighbourhood information

Enchanting fine and golden sand plus crystalline waters: Funtana Meiga, a hamlet of Cabras, is the perfect spot on the west coast of Sardinia for total relax. A short distance away, you can visit the ruins of Tharros, Is Arenas and Mari Ermi beaches and San Giovanni di Sinis. Funtana Meiga is also the perfect place for a holiday in the pursuit of nature: the village is surrounded by fields of traditional crops, large spaces with dunes and typical vegetation of the Mediterranean climate (dwarf palms, rosemary, mastic, thyme) which extends to the sea. Enjoy breath-taking views from the terrace of Bellavista!
