Cozy and bright apartment with balconies and stunning lake view. Our holiday flat is located in a quiet and green residential area. The apartment, newly renovated, offers an open plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen size bed and a ceiling fan, one bedroom with a daybed (single/double) and a ceiling fan, a bathroom with shower (70x90) and free toiletries. Towels and bed linens are also provided. The two balconies offer a breathtaking view of the lake and of the green surroundings. A private garage will provide a safe shelter for your bikes and motorbikes. Please be informed that a car is needed to reach the property and visit the surroundings. ! According to local regulations we will ask ID card or passport details of all our guests, children included. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed. Minors are not allowed unless accompanied by a family adult.
My name is Barbara, a new host in this community. I work as a ground hostess at Milan Malpensa airport. After complete renovation of my apartment I decided to make it available to guests loving nature and peaceful landscape and willing to spend their summer holidays or business travels in such a beautiful area that has very much to offer to visitors.
Our property is located in the residential area of the charming little village of Ranco. The village itself provide facilities such as mini-market, post office, pharmacy, along with bar and restaurants. The well-marked paths allow for relaxing walks through the woods or cycling along the lake shore. The more popular small towns of Ispra and Angera are a few minutes drive from the property. Some of the most popular locations of the Lago Maggiore, such as Stresa, the Borromeo islands, Villa Taranto, Verbania and Luino, known for their weekly markets, are also reachable by boat. The picturesque trip allowing you to enjoy the full view of the lake and of its beauties. Ranco is located a few km from Switzerland and from Milan Malpensa airport.
