Spacious two-story house with a small garden (entire property, not shared), equipped with all comforts and useful accessories for a stay of any length. In about 3 minutes on foot, you can reach the most popular beach clubs in Marsala (Pakeka, Marina, Delfino, Sbocco, Escondido, Tiburon), and in the surrounding area, there are good-quality bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The city center is just a few minutes away by car. Summer heat is not a major issue, as the lower floor remains naturally cool, and the upper floor (sleeping area) is equipped with an 18,000 BTU air conditioner. Up to 3 cars can be parked: one inside the property and two outside, in dedicated parking spaces belonging to the house. There are 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a large single bed), and a double sofa bed — all spacious and very comfortable. The modern kitchen and garden furniture allow you to cook in total comfort and, if you like, dine outdoors. If you wish, you can also make espresso thanks to the coffee machine available in the kitchen. For the safety of the property and guests, there are three external security cameras: one overlooking the parking area and two pointed exclusively at the main entrance gates.

You can reach without difficulty the beaches, many restaurants, supermarkets and places of interest such as the Punic Ship Museum, Mothia Island, the so-called "Giovinetto di Mozia", the near medieval city of Erice. Nearby you can do also boat excursions, gastronomic tours and many others.
