Enjoy direct access to the blue run (Riodue bar reference) with stunning views of the Mondolè mountain and the ski slopes. Located on the third floor with an elevator, this is the last apartment in the hallway, offering peace and quiet with views on 3 sides. A shared garage space with direct access and free Wi-Fi is available, making it perfect for remote work. Bed linens and towels are included. Additional information: * Covered parking: The garage has an elevator that reaches the floor but parking spaces are not assigned. Simply park in the first available spot upon arrival. Spaces vary in size but I usually park my Peugeot 3800 with a few maneuvers. * Ski storage: While we don't have a dedicated ski locker, you can store your skis/snowboard outside your front door in the hallway. * No parties or events allowed. Our condominium is located right in front of the ski slopes, near the Rio Due restaurant. In winter, during peak season (both summer and winter), a shuttle service runs at set times (subject to availability and not bookable), making it easy to reach the different areas of Prato Nevoso. The location is perfect for direct access to the Blue slope; from here, you can take the chairlift and enter the Mondolé Ski area, with over 100 km of slopes and 24 lifts. The snow park is always open for fun on the snow, and on weekends you can also enjoy night skiing on illuminated slopes. Colle del Prel, with grocery stores, equipment rental shops, and restaurants, is just a short walk from the condominium. The lively center of Prato Nevoso, with its shops, bars, and restaurants, is easily reached by a pleasant walk from the condominium: here you can soak up the Alpine atmosphere, savor typical local dishes in the restaurants, relax in the cafés, or go shopping after a day of sport and nature. In summer, you can explore panoramic trails on foot or by mountain bike, or have fun at the bike park, which offers routes for all skill levels. Prato Nevoso is ideal for families with children: ski schools, baby parks, equipped play areas, and the beloved mascot Lupacchiotto Asso, who accompanies little guests in unforgettable activities and adventures!
