Puegnago del Garda is a small village close to Salò, in the area west of Lake Garda, called Valtenesi, known for its Groppello wine and the olive oil. Thanks to the well-known agricultural productions, it is possible to visit wineries, vineyards and olive groves and to enjoy wine and food tastings, among which traditional gnocchi made with bread seasoned with basil. For sports lovers it is the perfect area to practice outdoor activities such as easy trekking on the hills or water sports in Lake Garda.
